    Originally from Taiwan, David speaks, reads, and writes fluent Chinese Mandarin. His love for travel has taken him to several countries and over 35 U.S. states before settling in Atlanta, a city he is proud to call home. He holds a master’s degree in engineering from Polytechnic University (now NYU) and spent 11 years in engineering consulting before following his passion for real estate.  


    Beyond work, David enjoys traveling with his wife and son, supporting his son’s tennis journey, discovering new restaurants, meeting friends, listening to music, and continuously learning—whether in real estate investing or personal growth. He also finds inspiration from fellow real estate professionals, always striving to refine and elevate his service.
